An affection for the vernacular is an important theme in Georgie’s work. Her artworks seek to electrify the ordinary moments of everyday life, conveying a sense of wonder and joy for the world around us. The importance of celebrating colour is evident in Georgie’s work - her illustrations are about optimism, and experimenting with colour plays a huge role in that. Georgie is currently living and working in London, creating the illustrations for her second book.
